Class 12 Economics aims to make students familiar with the vital concepts of macroeconomics and microeconomics. Macroeconomics of class 12 consists of a total of 6 chapters. The first chapter is Introduction to Macro Economics that aims to introduce students to the fundamentals of macro economics.  The next chapter is National Income Accounting that aims to make students familiar with the concepts of national income accounting bookkeeping system. Furthermore, Money and Banking chapter lets students learn about the concepts of money and banking in detail. Determination of Income and Employment is another chapter in macro economics and it teaches students about income and employment determination. Macro economics also covers Government Budget and the Economy chapter which would increase the knowledge of students about the concepts of budget and economy. Open Economy Macroeconomics is the last chapter here that consists of topics like balance of trade, current account balance, real exchange rate, devaluation, depreciation, and the concept of demand. Micro economics of class 12 also involves 6 chapters. The first chapter Introduction to Microeconomics introduces students to the fundamentals of microeconomics. In the next chapter Theory of Consumer Behaviour, students will learn about consumer behaviour in a detailed manner. Production and Costs chapter, as the name suggests, will deal with various factors regarding production and cost in the market economy. Moreover, The Theory of the Firm under Perfect Competition will teach you about the theory of any firm and its competitive value. Market Equilibrium chapter is all about equilibrium between the market and economy. Finally, Non-Competitive Markets chapter revolves around the theory about non-competitive markets.
