Class 7 English continues on the process of building a strong foundation in the fundamentals of the English language. The first chapter in the Honeycomb book is the Three Questions which is about a king who wants to find answers to the three most important questions. A gift of Chappals is about the simplicity and mischievous nature of children. In Gopal and The Hilsa fish, students will read about Gopal’s intelligence in a comic fashion. Furthermore, The ashes that made trees Bloom revolves around a hardworking couple and their pet dog. The fifth chapter is Quality that is about a German shoemaker who settles in the city of London. Expert detectives is a story that revolves around three main characters- Nishad, Maya, and Mr Nath. The invention of vita work is about Mr Wonk and his invention known as Wonka-Vite for making people youthful. In Fire: Friend and Foe, students will learn about the benefits and harms of fire. The next chapter is A bicycle in Good repair that teaches the importance of maintaining good working conditions. The tenth chapter is The Story of Cricket which is all about the game of cricket. Also, there are few poems in this book- The Squirrel, The Rebel, The Shed, Chivvy, Trees, Mystery of the Talking, Dad and the Cat and the Tree, Meadow surprises, and Garden Snake. In the Alien Hand book, there are a total of 10 chapters. The first chapter here is the Tiny Teacher which shows the amazing intelligence of ant. In the Bringing Up Kari chapter, students will learn about an elephant and his young keeper. The Desert chapter talks about the desert in detail. Furthermore, The Cop and the Anthem is about Soapy who is a homeless jobless man. Golu Grows A Nose is about Golu, a baby elephant. I Want Something in a Cage is about Mr.Pucell and his pet shop. The seventh chapter in this book is Chandini which is about a young goat and its owner Abbu Khan. Moreover, the next chapter is The Bear Story which discusses a lady who has a bear as a pet. A Tiger in the House is another chapter in this book and it talks about a baby tiger cub. Finally, An Alien Hand story revolves around Tilloo and his parents.
