Mode of transmission - Contaminated water, food and drinks, spread by flies 2. Causative agent - Vibrio cholerae 3. Symptoms - Acute diarrhoea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dehydration, reduced urine Tuberculosis 1. Mode of transmission - Through air, dust, sputum of infected person, housefly 2. Causative agent - Mycobacterium tuberculosis 3. Symptoms - Persistent cough, afternoon fever, bloody mucus, loss of weight and fatigue, chest pain, breathlessness
