Is Excess Water Good for Kidneys?
Water is important for the normal functioning of the body. One of the major function of water is to keep our kidneys healthy by helping them to eliminate waste in the form of urine. So, we should keep ourselves well hydrated by drinking water. But we all know that anything in excess is harmful, this is true even in the case of water. Excess intake of water can be unhealthy. When our body takes in or holds on to more fluid than our kidneys can remove then over-hydration can occur. This increases the water levels to build up in our body causing major problems.
