Ghiyas-ud-din Tughlaq was the founder of Tughlaq dynasty. He built a new city name Tughlaqbad near Delhi.
Muhammad -bin- Tughlaq was the son of Ghiyas-ud-din Tughlaq. He shifted his capital from Delhi to Devagiri in 1357 and named it Daulatabad.
Firoz Shah Tughlaq was the cousin of Muhammad - Bin- Tughlaq. He was a great builder. He built Jaunpur in memory of Juna Khan and Firuzabad in his own honour.
Alauddin Khalji was the first Muslim ruler who carries on his conquest in the southern part of India. He built famous Alai Darwaza near Qutab Minar. He built a new town "Siri" near Delhi.
