Question

If bc:ac:ab=1:3:5, then find abc:bca.

Solution
Verified by Toppr

Given:
bc:ac:ab=1:3:5

Let say bc=x ; ac=3x ; ab=5x

If we multiply all then -

bc×ac×ab=(x)(3x)(5x)

a2b2c2=15x3

abc=x15x ___ (i)

bc=x; so, a(x)=x15xa=15x

similarly ac=3x;

abc=x15x

b(ac)=x15x

b(3x)=x15xb=1315x

Ratio :
abc:bca

15xx:1315x3x11:13×31:19
