$2\pi r=132$cm
$2\times \frac{22}{7}\times r=132$cm
$\therefore r=\frac{132cm\times 7}{2\times 22}$
$\therefore r=21$cm
Volume of a cylinder$=\pi r^{2}h=\frac{22}{7}\times (21{)}^2\times 25=\frac{22}{7}\times 21\times 21\times 25=34,650c{m}^3$.
