One of the angles of a triangle is 40o. The difference of other two angles is 20o. Find the angles.
Let the angles be ∠A,∠B,∠C
One of the angle be,∠A=40∘
Difference between other two is 20∘
⇒∠B−∠C=20∘−(i)
∴∠A+∠B+∠C=180∘ (Sum of all angles of a △=180∘)
⇒40∘+∠B+∠C=180∘⇒∠B+∠C=140∘−(ii)
Solving (i) and (ii)
2∠B=160∘⇒∠B=80∘,∠C=60∘
