Obtain the equivalent capacitance of the network in given figure. For a 300 V supply, determine the charge across capacitor C4.

Assuming wire is joined at the point between C4 and C2.
Since C4 has the same potential on both the sides, hence no charge will flow through it.

Now for Ceq:

C2 and C3 are in series which is in parallel to C1

Hence Ceq=C2×C3C2+C3+C1

Ceq=200×200200+200+100 pF

Ceq=100+100 pF

Ceq=200 pF
