Spend on land purchase $=Rs.30$
Remaining balance $=100-30=Rs.70$
Spend on house purchase $=40\%$ of $70$
$\frac{40}{100}\times 70=Rs.28$
Remaining balance $=70-28=Rs.42$
Then, the person divides $Rs.42$ among two daughters and wife equally.
Each gets $=\frac{42}{3}=Rs.14$
If each gets 14 Rs. then total money $=Rs.100$
If each gets 22400 Rs then total money $=\frac{100}{14}\times 22400=Rs.160000$
Spend on land purchase$=30\%$ of $160000$
$\frac{30}{100}\times 160000=Rs.48000$
