Let total money =Rs.100
Spend on land purchase =Rs.30
Remaining balance =10030=Rs.70
Spend on house purchase =40% of 70
40100×70=Rs.28
Remaining balance =7028=Rs.42
Then, the person divides Rs.42 among two daughters and wife equally.
Each gets =423=Rs.14
If each gets 14 Rs. then total money =Rs.100
If each gets 22400 Rs then total money =10014×22400=Rs.160000
Spend on land purchase=30% of 160000
30100×160000=Rs.48000
