Question

Find the total surface area of a cone, if its slant height is 21 m and diameter of its base is 24 m.

Solution
Verified by Toppr

Given slant hight of cone = 21 m
diameter of base = 24 m
So, radius = 12 m

now TSA of cone =πrl+πr2
=πr[r+l]=3.14×12[12+21] m2
=3.14×12×33 m2
TSA of cone = 1243.44m2.
