Question

Compare the focussing in a camera with the focussing in a human eye.

Solution
Verified by Toppr

They are similar. In a camera, to get a sharp image of an object of the distance between the lens and the film of the camera is adjusted (increased or decreased as the need may be). Human eye also has the ability to focus the image of objects at different distances. The ciliary muscles increase the curvature of the lens thereby decreasing the focal length for distant objects. it is the vice-versa for nearby objects.
