The shortest wavelength is given as, λ1=hc/eVo
The de-broglie wavelength is given as λ2=h/p=h/√2×eVo×me wher me is the mass of the electron, p is the momentum.
We can further write de-broglie wavelength as
λ2=hc/(eVo√2Voc2/eme)=hc/10eVo
⇒λ2=λ1/10
So ratio of the de Broglie wavelength of the incident electrons to the shortest wavelength of X-rays produced is λ2:λ1=1:10
