Verbs must agree with their subjects in number and person.
There are some words that end with -s. They look plural, but take a singular verb, for example athletics, economics, physics, measles, news and etc.
Option A is correct because it contains singular verb.
Whereas, option B contains plural verb which is incorrect and option C and D contain the present perfect verb which is generally followed by past participle verb. Therefore option C and D are also correct.
