Question

A solid metallic cone of radius 2cm and height 8cm is melted into sphere. Find the radius of the sphere.

Solution
Verified by Toppr

According to the question,
13πr2ch=43πr3s

Therefore,
22×8=4r3s

8=r3s

r3s=23

rs=2 cm

Hence, this is the answer.
