Let the mo. of passengers on the bus be x
Given
30% of then got down ar station A
i.e 30x100 people got down at station A and Remaining people on the bus 70x100
also given that
70% of remaining people got down at station B
i.e, 70100(70100x)=49100x
i.e, 49100x
people got down ae station B
Remaining people on the bus x30x10049x100=21x100
Given
Remaining people were =1050
21x100=1050
x=5000
there are 5000 people on the bus.
