Let the number of coins of Rs. $1=5x$
Number of coins of $50$ paise $=6x$
And number of coins of $25$ paise $=8x$
According to question,
$5x+100+6x+50+8x\times 25=420\times 100$
$\Rightarrow 500x+300x+200x=4200$
$\Rightarrow 1000x=42000\Rightarrow x=42$
$\therefore$ Number of coins of Rs. $1=5\times 42=210$
Number of coins of $50$ paise $=6\times 42=252$
Number of coins of $25$ paise $=8\times 42=336$
$\therefore$ Total number of coins $=210+252+336=798$.
