Loss $=\frac{1}{10}\times cp$

Loss $=cp-sp$

$\frac{cp}{100}=cp-405$

$\Rightarrow 405=cp-\frac{cp}{10}$

$\Rightarrow 405=\frac{9cp}{10}$

$\Rightarrow cp=\frac{10\times 405}{9}=450$Rs.
