Let the number of one rupee coins be $3x$.
So, the number of two rupee coins be $x.$
Now, value of $3x$ one rupee coins $=$ Rs. $1\times 3x=$ Rs. $3x$ and
value of $x$ two rupee coins $=$ Rs. $2\times x=$ Rs. $2x$
Given, value of coins $=$ Rs. $115$
$\Rightarrow 3x+2x=115\Rightarrow 5x=115\Rightarrow x=23$
Hence, there are $23$ two rupee coins in the purse.
