Force on rectangular loop wil be = i(l×B)
So, force on part AD will be towards wire and force on part BC will be away from wire, But at AD, B is grater in magnitude because B due to streight wire is μ0i2πr So, as r increases B decreases So, force on AD is grater than on BC. So, loop is attracted towards the wire.
