The total surface area of a cone of radius 'r' units & the slant height 'l' units is given by
T.S.A of Cone=πr(l+r)
Here, r=5cm
l=13cm

T.S.A of Cone=227×5 cm(13 cm+5 cm)

T.S.A of Cone=227×5 cm×18 cm

T.S.A of Cone=19807 cm2

T.S.A of Cone=28267 cm2
