An article is missing from option B. The sentence is in the superlative degree of comparison, where the show in the statement is compared to all the other shows staged in that particular event. The adjective 'best' is a superlative, and before superlatives we always add the article 'the'. Hence option B is the correct option with an error, and rest all the options have no grammatical error, hence they're incorrect for this question.
