A tank has a leak which would empty it in 10 hours,a tap is turned on which admits 4 litre a minute into the tank and now it emptied in 15 hours.The capacity of the tank(in litres) is:

5 hours of leak=15 hours of tap
1 hour of leak=3 hours of tap
10 hour of leak=30 hours of tap
tap can fill the tank in 30 hours.
Water admitted by tap in 30 hours=30×60×4=120×60=7200litres.
