According to the writer, what would 'the world without poverty' be like?
As mentioned in these lines "A poverty-free world might see a whole group of families... regions devastated by some shared disasters, such as floods, fires... other disasters. But such temporary
problems could be taken care of by the market mechanism through
insurance and other self-paying programs, assisted of course by
social-consciousness-driven enterprises."
A poverty-free world would still have differences between the upper and lower classes.
But, every man and woman would be able to take care of their basic needs. People would not die of hunger and disease. There would be significantly lesser cases of children dying from malnutrition.
