2) Similarly next way in which stress can be vest out is by praying or meditation. Prayers and meditation help a person get positive vibes and avoid stress. During this our mind and body is calm and one tries to reach its happy place. Thus, avoiding all the stress.
3) Listening to music can also help relieve stress. As music generate in us different kind of vibe and hence, make our stress and worry go away.
4) Another effective way can be by sharing feelings with a trustworthy person. Confiding in a person whom you trust can help relieve stress, as sharing emotions and feeling will lessen the weight that you were holding all along.
