Question

An open metallic bucket is an the shape of a frustum of a cone. If the diameters of the two circular onds of a bucket are \( 45 \mathrm { cm } \) and \( 25 \mathrm { m } \) and the vertical height of the bucket is \( 24 \mathrm { cm } \), find the area of the metallic sheet used to make the bucket. Also tind the volume of water it can hold \( \left( \text { use } \pi = \frac { 22 } { 7 } \right. \)

An open metallic bucket is in the shape of a frustum of a cone mounted on hollow cylindrical base made of metallic sheet. If the diameters of the two circular ends of the bucket are 45cm and 25cm, the total vertical height of the bucket is 30cm and that of the cylindrical portion is 6cm, find the area of the metallic sheet used to make the bucket. Also, find the volume of the water it can hold. (Take π=227)

An open metal bucket is in the shape of a frustum of a cone, mounted on a hollow cylindrical base made of the same metallic sheet. The diameters of the two Circular ends of the bucket are 45 cm and 25 cm, the total vertical height of the bucket is 40cm and that of the cylindrical base is 6cm. Find the area of the metallic sheet used to make the bucket, where we do not take into account the handle of the bucket. Also, find the volume of water the bucket can hold. (take π=227)
