In the given options, ionosphere and ozonosphere are included in atmosphere. Ionosphere consists of ions due to ultra violet radiations causing photo ionization and hence forming ionosphere. Ozonosphere is also called as stratosphere which consists of ozone gases that prevents UV rays from entering the earth’s surface. On the other hand lithosphere is not a layer of atmosphere but it is a hard surface consisting of rocks on earths surface.
