In steady state the capacitor becomes open,
So current through the circuit, $$i=\dfrac{9}{27\times 10^{3}}$$

And Voltage across the capacitor, $$V_c=i\times 15\ k\Omega =15\times 10^3\times \dfrac{9}{27\times 10^{3}}=\dfrac{15}3=5V$$

Charge through the capacitor, $$q=CV_c= 9\times 10^{-6}\times 5$$
$$q=45\times 10^{-6}C$$
$$q=45\mu C$$.
