The exact mass of 13Al27 is 26.9815 amu, 14Si30 is 29.9738 amu, 2He4 is 4.0026 amu and 1H1 is 1.0078 amu.

Mass of reactants =26.9815+4.0026=30.9841 amu
Mass of products = mass of 14Si30+ mass of 1H1

The mass defect Δm=30.984130.9816=0.0025 amu
Q value =0.0025amu×931.5MeV/amu=2.33MeV
