It is the practice of protecting animal species ,wild plants and their habitat , as it plays important role in balancing, and providing the stability to the ecosystem and natural processes like rainfall, regulating the temperature. The main motto of the wild conservation is to protect the nature from getting depleted by urbanization and nature to be around for generations.
Many nations have setup government agencies and NGO's for conserving wildlife. Even non-profit and independent organization have also come up with this idea.
The government of India enacted a law called Wild life (Protection) Act in 1972.
