Construct a quadrilateral ABCD with AB=5cm,BC=3.6cm,∠ABC=80∘,∠DAB=60∘ and ∠ADC=120∘.
We know that sum of four angles of a quadrilateral is 360o.
∴ ∠A+∠B+∠C+∠D=360o.
∴ 60o+80o+∠C+∠120o=360o
∴ 260o+∠C=360o.
∴ ∠C=100o.
⇒ Draw a line segment AB=5cm
⇒ Take A as a center and draw an angle of 60o
⇒ Take B as a center and draw an angle of 80o
⇒ Cut off BC=3.6cm
⇒ Take C as a center and draw an angle of 100o, which cuts of ∠A at D.
∴ ABCD is a required quadrilateral.
