Since all the capacitors are connected in parallel, so voltage across each capacitor is V.
Thus charge on C1, Q1=C1V
Charge on C2, Q2=C2V
Charge on C3, Q3=C3V
Charge on equivalent capacitance Qeq=CeqV
Now Qeq=Q1+Q2+Q3
∴ CeqV=C1V+C2V+C3V
⟹ Ceq=C1+C2+C3
