The Concurrent List is also known as List-II which is a list of 52 items given in the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution of India. Under the Constitution of India legislative section is divided into three lists; Union List, State List and Concurrent List. Among the 52 items education is one of the item in Concurrent List. Education including technical education, medical education and universities as well as vocational and technical training of labour.
