Emergency situation in a nation can be understood as a scenario different from regular functioning of law, nation, and system. During the crisis and incompatible situation, the emergency is largely imposed to cope up with these situations. The impact of an emergency is that it restricts people's right and freedom while it is in operation. In India, 21 months emergency was imposed during 1975 to 1977 under the Prime Ministership of Smt. Indira Gandhi.
