$$ \dfrac{-4}{9} - \dfrac{2}{-3} $$
Taking LCM
$$3| 9,3$$
$$5| 3,1$$
$$|1,1$$
(∴LCM of 3 and 9=9)
$$ \dfrac{-4}{9} - \dfrac{2}{-3} = \dfrac{-4 \times 1}{9 \times1} - \dfrac{\left ( -2 \times3 \right )}{3 \times 3}$$
$$ = \dfrac{-4 + 6}{9} = \dfrac{2}{9}$$
