${20.7}^{2} = (20 + 0.7)^{2}$
${20.7}^{2} = (20)^{2} + {0.7}^{2} + 2 * 0.7 * 20$
${20.7}^{2} = 400 + 0.49 + 28$
${20.7}^{2} = 428.49$
