Question

Explain why rotating either the coil or the magnet in a sgenerator induces an electric current.

Solution
Verified by Toppr

Either rotating the coil or the magnet changes the magnetic flux passing through the coil. Because of this change in magnetic flux, an emf is induced in the coil which further induces the electric current in the coil.
