Thus the equation of line passing through the point $(-4,3)$ whose slope is $\frac{1}{2}$ is,
$(y-3)=\frac{1}{2}(x+4)$
$\Rightarrow 2(y-3)=(x+4)$

$\Rightarrow x-2y+10=0$
