Using ohm's law
$$V=IR$$
$$I=\dfrac{V}{R}$$
$$I=\dfrac{12}{300}$$
Put the value in ohms law for voltage,

$$V= 8\ V$$
The Charge will be
$$q=cV$$
$$q=8n\ C$$
