$S I = \frac{P \times R \times T}{100}$ , ${S I}_{t + 15} = \frac{P \times R \times T + 15}{100}$
Let sum= $x$ , Then $S I = 4 x$
Rate $= \frac{100 \times S I}{P \times T} = \frac{100 \times 4 x}{15} = \frac{400}{15} = 26.66$ %
