We have, $$r=\dfrac {diameter}{2}=7$$cm, $$h=51$$cm

$$\therefore$$ Weight $$=\left(\dfrac{1}{3}\times \dfrac{22}{7}\times 7^2\times 51\right)\times \dfrac{10}{1000}$$kg$$=26.180$$kg.
