The ten's digit is x+4.
Original number =10(x+4)+x=11x+40
Reversed number =10x+x+4=11x+4
4(11x+40)=7(11x+4)44x+160=77x+2833x=132x=4
Ten's digit =x+4=8
Therefore, the number is =84.
