All organisms right from unicellular Amoeba to the multicellular elephant or the Giraffe are made of cells- However- these cells do not expand in size in organisms that are huge in size- instead they multiply- differentiate and take different functions- such that the organism can perform all the life processes unhindered- Since- the huge size in large organisms is attained by multiplication of cells and not increase in size- a cell if it has to be observed it has be only under a microscope-
