Value of $$x$$ will be more than for $$NH_3$$. In $$H_2O$$ intermolecular $$H$$ bonding exist. Also magnitude of $$H-$$bonding in $$H_2O$$ is more than in $$NH_3$$.
$$H_2O$$ has more intermolecular force of attraction therefore it should be easily liquefiable. It is already liquid at room temperature and atmospheric pressure.
