The correct option is B Foramen of Monro
The ventricular system is a set of four interconnected cavities (ventricles) in the brain, where the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is produced. The lateral ventricles are the two largest cavities of the ventricular system of the human brain. Each cerebral hemisphere contains a lateral ventricle, known as the left or right ventricle. Ventrical 1st and 2nd is the lateral ventricle. Venticles 3rd is a narrow cavity known as diocoel at the midline above hypothalamus & between the right and left halves of the thalamus. Foramen of Monro connects lateral ventricles with diocoel. This allows cerebrospinal fluid produced in the lateral ventricles to reach the third ventricle and then the rest of the brain's ventricular system.
So, the correct answer is option B.
