$$\because \angle FOR + \angle QRH =123^o+57^o=180^o$$
These angles are on the same side of the transversal.
Hence, $$EF$$ parallel to $$GH$$.
Now, $$EF$$ parallel to $$GH$$ and $$AB$$ is a transversal.
$$\because \angle TUR = \angle UVQ=122^o$$ Corresponding angle
Here, $$\angle UVQ \ne \angle ROF$$
Hence, $$AB$$ and $$CD$$ is not parallel lines.
