We are given,

As we know any two parallel axis opposite each other make angle $\pi \left(or{180}^o\right)$

So, $2x+4x=\pi$

$6x=\pi$

$x=\frac{\pi }{6}$

now, $\angle ROP=2x=\frac{2\pi }{6}=\frac{\pi }{3}\left(or{60}^o\right)$

& $\angle ROQ=4x=\frac{4\pi }{6}=\frac{2\pi }{3}\left(or{120}^o\right)$

So, value of $x$ is $\pi /6$ or ${30}^o$
