F.B.D for block A with respect to Wedge having acceleration =a
pseudo force on mass A =ma

mgsin37amcos37m=a

m(gsin37acos37)m=a

a=gsin37acos37

As, sin37=35&cos37=45

a) a1=10(35)5(45)=64=2m/s2 down the inclination.

b) a2=10(35)10(45)=68=2m/s2 up the inclination.

c) a3=10(35)7.5(45)=66=0m/s2 remains at rest.

Block A is placed on a rough wedge B which is placed on a smooth surface. The wedge has angle of inclination of 30o and is imparted a horizontal acceleration g towards right. Block A is given an initial velocity v0 along w.r.t. incline. Find the coefficient of friction for which block A moves with constant velocity v0 with respect to wedge (g=10m/s2).
