XL=XC
multiply both sides by Irms,
VL(rms)=VC(rms) (numerically)
Since we know,
Voltmeter reads rms voltage.
Potential difference across V4=V2L(rms)V2C(rms) (as VL and VC are π radian out of phase).
Hence, Potential difference across V4=0
