This Wildlife sanctuary is located at a distance of 25 km from Karauli city in the hillyarea of Aravalli range in the holy town of Kaila devi, district Karauli, Rajasthan. It was established in the year 1983 and is spread over an area of 676.40 Sq. Km. It was made a part of the famous Ranthambore Tiger Reserve in the year 1991.
